The Turkish president reports that the suicide bomber who killed upwards of 50 in an attack in Gaziantep was no more than a child.

The suicide bomber who destroyed a wedding celebration in Gaziantep, Turkey on Saturday night was between 12-14 years old, announced Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

In comments shown live by broadcaster NTV, Erdogan confirmed that 51 people were killed in the blast, as opposed to a previous count in the range of 30.

Erdogan added that 69 people were wounded, seventeen of them seriously.

Erdogan has blamed ISIS for the attack which tore the city apart, though the terror organization has not claimed responsibility for the attack.
