Twitch, the popular livestreaming app, has indefinitely banned former President Trump‘s account, a company spokesperson confirmed to The Hill on Wednesday.
“We have indefinitely suspended President Trump’s Twitch channel due to the ongoing risk of further incitement of violence,” reads a statement from Twitch, which was released to The Hill after President Biden was sworn into office.
“The President’s statements continue to be interpreted as calls to action, and we are taking this action to remove the potential for harm to our community and the general public,” it adds.

Two-thirds of Americans (66%) say they will try to get vaccinated now that multiple Covid-19 vaccines are approved and beginning to be made available to the public, according to a new CNN poll conducted by SSRS.

Baltimore City State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby's office on Thursday asked the city inspector general to reach a conclusion on an investigation into her work-related travel and financial disclosures.
"Believing that your investigation would be expeditious, this office has denied several media inquiries, which would have refuted allegations of wrongdoing on the part of the state’s attorney months ago," wrote Erin Murphy, chief counsel to the state's attorney's office.

A Spanish version of the White House website appeared online Wednesday after President Joe Biden took the oath of office.
Spanish language content on the site was added in 2001, during the administration of former President George W. Bush.
During the administration of former President Barack Obama, content grew on the page titled “La Casa Blanca.”
That all changed when former President Donald Trump took office in 2017. Although the Trump administration at one point said it would restore Spanish language content, the official White House website remained English-only.

An apples-to-apples comparison of YouTube videos of Trump’s remarks at Joint Base Andrews on Wednesday morning versus Biden’s shows the difference.
