Description

Charlie Chaplin was the most important film maker in Hollywood, when he decided to parody Adolph Hitler in The Great Dictator. Little did he know that he was entering into the most controversial chapter of his life, a controversy that would eventually drive him from the United States. Dr. Ward graduated from Hanover College in southern Indiana and holds an MA and PhD from the University of Tulsa. He has taught film and Literature in both Oklahoma an Pennsylvania for over 40 years and is now happily retired.
