Baltimore, MD - May 20, 2017 - This evening at 7:25pm a weapon was discharged in the restroom of Reisterstown Road Plaza located at 6776 Reisterstown Rd. A male victim has a gunshot wound to his groin. At this time he is conscious, alert & very uncooperative. Baltimore Police believe this to be an accidental self-inflicted shooting.
