The following are letters from the law firm representing Passover Paradise to the hotel:

CLIENT LETTER:

April 19, 2017

To all Passover Paradise guests,

Please be advised that at this time, this firm has been retained by Passover Paradise regarding the ongoing situation with the Royalton Hotel and the unjust actions taken by them on April 19, 2017.

We are diligently working on resolving this issue, which we believe, has been entirely created by the Royalton Hotel. All guests of the Passover Paradise program are in a contractual relationship with Passover Paradise only, and do not owe any payments to the Royalton Hotel for rooms, dining, and event activities.

Any guest that has been forced to make unjust payments to the Royalton Hotel should immediately dispute any charges with their band and/or credit card company.
Additionally, any guest that was held against their will from leaving the resort should be aware that we are filing a class action lawsuit against Blue Diamond Corporation owner of Royalton Resorts for numerous charges included theft and unlawful imprisonment.

We will keep you updated as more information becomes available.

Very truly yours,
Tzvi Finman ESQ.
