Baltimore, MD - Jan. 19, 2016:
Dear Community Members,
On 01/17/16 between 4:00 PM and 6:23 PM the Pikesville Precinct experienced multiple destruction of properties to vehicles. All of the vehicles that were targeted were parked in the 1900 block of Rambling Ridge Lane. The suspect used an unknown item to puncture/slash tires on parked vehicles. A resident that was interviewed stated that he observed a black male between the ages of 14 to 23 in the area approach a vehicle’s tire then run away. The resident also advised that he could hear air coming from the tire. Please remember if you observe any suspicious activity please call 911 immediately!
