Baltimore, MD – Oct. 26, 2015 – This chilly evening, between 9 PM – 10 PM, vandals smashed car windows and ransacked at least seven vehicles in the parking lot and around the building of Darchei Tzedek Congregation. Baltimore City Police took charge of the case and obtained information from the victims.
