Baltimore, MD – Nov. 1, 2025 – If you're planning a trip to New York tomorrow plan ahead, as the annual New York City Marathon will cause major road closures throughout the city. The Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge will be completely closed on Sunday from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., with the upper level closing tonight at 11:00 p.m. Travelers heading into or through New York are advised to allow extra time, use alternate routes, and expect significant delays near Staten Island and Brooklyn throughout the morning and early afternoon.
