Baltimore, MD - Dec. 16, 2024: 2 BJL Traffic Alerts: 

1.     Greenspring & Smith:
   The traffic light is flashing red. Reminder: A flashing red light should be treated like a stop sign. At a four-way flashing red, all drivers must stop and proceed in turn.
2.     Greenspring & Old Court:
   A fallen tree is blocking Greenspring Avenue at the intersection of Old Court Road, completely halting all southbound traffic. Please use alternate routes.
