Baltimore, MD – Nov. 14, 2024 – Baltimore Police swiftly apprehended two suspects involved in an assault and car theft that occurred earlier this evening on Clarks Lane. The suspects assaulted an elderly man who was using a walker, pushed him to the ground, and then stole his vehicle.
