Baltimore, MD – Nov. 14, 2024 – At approximately 5:10 PM, an assault and car theft occurred on the 3300 block of Clarks Lane. Two suspects approached an elderly man using a walker, assaulted him, and pushed him to the ground before stealing his 2018 red Chevy Traverse, Maryland license plate 3DB2220.
