The ballot question addresses the future of Harborplace and whether the development can include residential properties.

The Maryland Supreme Court heard arguments Wednesday (video above) and issued its ruling Thursday afternoon, ruling that the ballot question does not violate the state constitution and is not improper charter material.

In its ruling, the Maryland Supreme Court ruled the results of Question F can be certified as presented on the November 2024 general election ballot.
