BJL Traffic Alert - 695 Inner Loop @ Exit 23

Baltimore, MD – Oct. 7, 2024 – 3:02PM – A major accident has blocked three lanes on the inner loop of 695 heading toward Towson, just before Exit 23. Drivers can get by using one lane and the shoulder, but traffic is extremely slow.
