Baltimore, MD – Aug. 23, 2024 – 2:27 PM - The Baltimore Police Bomb Squad has issued an "ALL CLEAR," and traffic has now reopened in the area of Park Heights & Slade.
Earlier today, two suspicious boxes in the area raised concern. However, upon investigation, it was determined that the first box was a construction box that had fallen off the back of a truck and was moved to the side of the road by a passerby. The second box turned out to be an Amazon delivery that was mistakenly placed in the wrong spot.
Councilman Isaac 'Yitzy' Schleifer and Councilman Izzy Patoka were on the scene and expressed their gratitude for the coordinated efforts between both City and County Police and Bomb Squads.
