For the fourth time, thieves have ripped the Israeli flag off the porch of a Falls Road business.
"I went to leave and turned and the flag was gone," said Dr. John Parkerson who has long flown the Israeli flag outside his office.
Surveillance video shows the thief ripping down the flag and walking away.
"You see his expression, it's just anger, it's hate," said Parkerson who believes the same thief is responsible for stealing the flag the past three times.
Parkerson isn't Jewish but flies the flag to support his friends who are Jewish.
The recent thefts have gained national attention and have netted Parkerson with a stack of replacement flags, compliments of friends and strangers.
"This is a matter of good and evil and I'm standing up for the good side," said Parkerson.
