Towson Town Center is implementing a youth code of conduct.
The policy requires youths aged 17 and younger to be accompanied at all times by a parent or supervising adult aged 21 or older after 4 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. The policy is subject to change during the holiday season.

The mall said proof of age may be required for the youth and/or supervising adult. Those who don’t have proper identification may be asked to leave. Those who refuse to leave may be arrested and prosecuted for criminal trespass, the mall policy states.
Under the policy, one adult may accompany up to four youths, but that doesn’t apply to children aged 10 and younger. All accompanied youths must remain with the supervising adult, the policy states.
“Supervising adults are responsible for the actions of the youth they accompany,” the policy states.
This comes after Baltimore County police arrested three teenagers in connection with a stabbing at the mall at the end of May.
Other Baltimore-area have similar youth policies in place, including The Avenue at White Marsh and The Mall in Columbia.
In recent years, the Towson Town Center enacted youth curfews.
