Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, this evening (Monday, 10 June 2024), at the Prime Minister's Office in Jerusalem, is meeting with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken.
Strategic Affairs Minister Ron Dermer, National Security Council Director Tzachi Hanegbi and the Secretary of State's adviser, Derek Chollet, also participated in the meeting.
After the current meeting an expanded meeting will be held with the participation of – for the Israeli side – the Prime Minister's Chief-of-Staff, Tzachi Braverman, the Prime Minister's Military Secretary, Maj.-Gen. Roman Grofman, the Prime Minister's Foreign Policy Adviser, Dr. Ophir Falk, and Coordinator for the Hostages and the Missing Brig.-Gen. (Res.) Gal Hirsch.
Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs Barbara Leaf, Special Envoy for Middle East Humanitarian Issues Lisa Grande and Deputy Chief of Mission at the US Embassy in Israel Stephanie Hallett will attend for the American side.
