Baltimore, MD – June 7, 2024 - It is with regret that Baltimore Jewish Life (BJL) informs the community of the petira of Louie Eliezer Yaakov Leder, z’l, husband of Mrs. Sarah Leder, father of Dovid Moshe Leder, Bracha Tova Leder, Chaya Aidel (Yaakov) Schneider, Yosef (Shulamis) Leder and brother of Ethel Igel, Marilyn Zeidel, and Anna Gershon.
As Yossi Leder is traveling to Eretz Yisrael, there will be no minyanim in Baltimore.
Kevurah will take place at 10:15PM (IL) in Eretz Hachaim Cemetery in Bet Shemesh, Israel. Anyone needing a ride to the kevurah should contact Isser Goldsmith via WhatsApp on 443.564.9456
The Aron will be flying on El Al flight 012 after midnight on Sunday night, arriving in Eretz Yisrael around 7:00 PM on Monday evening. The Eretz Hachaim cemetery personnel say it takes about two hours after landing for the kevurah. For more up-to-date information pls contact the cemetery
