Baltimore, MD - Jan. 29, 2024 - It is with deep regret an sorrow that Baltimore Jewish Life (BJL) informs the community of the petira of Rebetzin Rochel Kaplan, a’h, wife of Rabbi Shmuel Kaplan and mother of Rabbi Levi Kaplan, Rabbi Chanoch Kaplan, Rabbi Mendel Kaplan, Mrs. Devorah Leah Riesenberg, Mrs. Chani Feldman, Mrs. Esther Kavka, Mrs. Mushka Minkowitz, and Rabbi Yaakov Kaplan.
