Baltimore, MD -Jan. 13, 2024 - The Baltimore City Department of Transportation has announced road closures and detours for the Martin Luther King, Jr. Parade on Monday, January 15, from noon to about 3:00 p.m. Streets affected include:
- Franklin Street (Greene St. to Fremont Ave.) - 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Eutaw Street (Dolphin St. to Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd.) - 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Preston Street (Madison Ave. to Howard St.) - 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Madison Avenue (Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. to Preston St.) - 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Baltimore Street (Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. to Poppleton St.) - 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Fremont Avenue (W. Baltimore St. to W. Fayette St.) - 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Mulberry Street (N. Payson St. to Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd.) - 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Southbound Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. (Howard St. to Lombard St.) - 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Left lane of northbound Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. (Lombard to Eutaw St.) - 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Pennsylvania Avenue (Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. to W. Preston St.) - 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Druid Hill Avenue (Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. to Preston St.) - 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Parking restrictions will be in place on various streets during the parade. Please plan accordingly.
