Jerusalem, Israel - Oct. 12, 2023 - Baltimore's Dr. Michael Elman attended a very emotional ceremony at the Kotel memorializing the Kedoshim from Shabbos/Simchat Torah. The event also paid tribute to the Zakka heroes for their selfless dedication in ensuring kevurat Yisrael.
