Baltimore, MD - Sept. 21, 2023 – James Wallace was confirmed this evening by the Baltimore City Council Committee, chaired by Councilman Yitzy Schleifer, to be the new Fire Chief of the Baltimore City Fire Department. His nomination will proceed to the full council at the next meeting for final confirmation.
