Businessman Bob Wallace says that he is anticipating running for Mayor of Baltimore City.
Wallace also told residents that he will form an exploratory committee for the city on Tuesday.
The native Baltimorean grew up in the Cherry Hill neighborhood in poverty and became a business leader, according to Wallace's campaign website.
