Baltimore, MD - Feb. 10, 2023 - 5:50 a.m.: The man sought by police for more than 36 hours after a barricade in Cockeysville shot a detective and led a chase to Fallston, where he was taken into custody eight hours later.
The shelter-in-place order in Baltimore County has been lifted, therefore all Baltimore County Public Schools and offices will open on time Friday.
