Baltimore, MD - Oct. 3, 2022 - Whether you are the driver or an active participant, doing donuts and/or street racing is now subject to a $1,000 fine + up to 12 months in jail. Baltimore City is now leading the charge to end this dangerous and disruptive behavior.
