Ian has once again been upgraded to a Hurricane, according to the National Hurricane Center. After pummeling Florida Wednesday and Thursday, the Category 1 hurricane is now headed towards Georgia and the Carolinas with "life-threatening flooding, storm surge, and strong winds," NHC says.
