Baltimore, MD - Feb. 10, 2022 - Suburban Orthodox Cong. Toras Chaim (Rabbi Shmuel Silber) is pleased to announce its partnership with Israeli farmers by raising $80,000 allowing the farmers to observe Shmitah k’halacha.
