Prime Minister Naftali Bennett visited the Israeli Security Agency (ISA) special operations forward command center overnight and closely followed the operation to capture the terrorists suspected of perpetrating the recent attack in Samaria, in which the late Yehudah Dimentman, z'l, H'yd, was murdered.
Prime Minister Bennett:
"I commend the ISA, the IDF and the Israel National Counter-Terrorism Unit, on quickly bringing this to a close, with multiple units cooperating and acting in concert, which led to the capture of the terrorists who carried out the attack in Samaria.
All terrorists need to know that the State of Israel will hold them accountable. They cannot hide for long. Every terrorist must know that they are on borrowed time. I would like to convey to the family of Yehudah Dimentman: The pain is immense but terrorism will not win and will not move us from here."
Prime Minister Bennett was present at the forward command center throughout the operation and was briefed by senior ISA officers on the intelligence and operational effort that led to the arrest.
The ISA Director and his deputy, GOC Central Command, the commander of the IDF Judea and Samaria Division, the commander of Israel National Counter-Terrorism Unit, ISA commanders and other officials were also present at the forward command center
