HaRav Pinchas Green, Shlita, Mashgiach In Kamenitz Visits Mesivta Shaarei Chaim

Baltimore, MD - Oct. 18, 2021 - This past Friday Mesivta Shaarei Chaim had the z’chus of welcoming Harav Pinchas Green, שליט"א, Mashgiach of Kamenitz. The mashgiach delivered a 30-minute schmooze to the entire yeshiva. The mashgiach conveyed to the בחורים that success in learning does not depend on one’s intellectual prowess, to the contrary, there have been giants of Torah throughout כלל ישראל who did not possess the greatest of minds.

Success in learning depends on one's drive a love for Torah, only then הקב"ה will open their mind and fill it with תורה. The mashgiach in tremendous humility spoke about himself who as an adolescent and teenager experienced difficulties in his learning but was content to work through his difficulties, and through time with סייעתא דשמיא found his place in תורה. After the Shmooze the בחורים lined up and each was zoche to receive a special bracha for הצלחה in their learning.
