Baltimore, MD – July 15, 2021 – The Pikesville Plaza has now obtained permits (see below) for the fire rating on shafts behind the elevator and bathrooms and also for support beams to be placed in the garage.
Engineers have confirmed to BJL that once the supports have been placed in the garage underground all areas of the parking lot can be utilized and the building can be opened.
