Israel's Quarantine Can Now be Shortened to Seven Days

Until now, it was possible to shorten quarantine to 10 days. It will now be possible to shorten this period to seven days. Professor Nachman Ash, Director General of the Health Ministry announced this new leniency, effective immediately. Persons in quarantine who have one negative PCR test, and then perform a second PCR test on the seventh day of quarantine, may exit quarantine immediately upon receiving negative results. It is no longer necessary to wait for an official release from the Health Ministry.
