The convenience store giant could be opening its stores in Israel by 2022
Electra Consumer Products and 7-Eleven are on the verge of signing a franchise agreement to bring the convenience store chain to Israel, Calcalist reported on Sunday.
The CEO of Electra, Zvi Schwimmer, is visiting Dallas, Texas to meet with senior members of the chain to form an outline for the 7-Eleven's entry into Israel.

The convenience store giant could be opening its stores in Israel by 2022, Schwimmer told Calcalist last month, adding that the agreement would be secured during his visit. A deal could be signed in the coming days, according to reports.
Israeli fashion company Fox Group will reportedly not be partnering with Electra to bring the chain to the Jewish state, despite earlier reports. Read more at i24
