Baltimore, MD - Apr. 29 2021 - Participation in the community-wide survey has been great, but there are many more people from whom we have not heard. We want to make sure to hear from everyone, whether you have been or plan to be vaccinated, are not sure about getting vaccinated, or have no intention of being vaccinated.
Your information and feedback (anonymous if you so choose) will provide crucial data to the Baltimore City Health Department and The Associated, and provide helpful information for our wonderful community as a whole. Once again, the Vaad HaRabbonim is asking that everyone in our community take this survey. It is also endorsed by our Baltimore City Councilman Isaac “Yitzy” Schleifer. This short survey will take 3-5 minutes to complete, and you may be entered into a raffle for a $100 gift card for responding.
