A panel of three justices struck down an appeal from the suspect's family after the IDF issued a partial demolition order for the structure.
The court ruled there was more than enough evidence to approve the move as the suspect, Muhammad Kabha, had admitted killing her, revealing a strong nationalist motive in his testimony during interrogation.
His involvement was also confirmed by further solid and unbiased evidence collected during the probe, the ruling added. Read more at i24
