Gulf state approves aid as part of its ongoing support for 'besieged' Palestinian people
Qatar’s Emir, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani, has ordered the transfer of a $360 million grant to the Gaza Strip, state-run Qatar News Agency reported on Sunday.

According to the report, the Qatari aid will be transferred to the Hamas-controlled Palestinian enclave, from January 2021 until the end of the year, cited by Hebrew-language outlet Israel National News.
The announcement said that the financial grant was approved as part of the Gulf state’s ongoing support for the “besieged” Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip. Read more at i24
