Two of Israel's largest mall holding companies announce will open businesses, supervise social distancing
Some malls opened their gates Friday in direct contrast to Israel’s Health Ministry’s instructions in light of the coronavirus pandemic, Hebrew media reported.
The malls decided to defy the government’s orders following its approval to reopen commercial centers, but not closed shopping centers.
Azrieli Groups and Ofer Malls announced they will resume business today in Ayalon Mall, Hakrayon, Grand Mall Beersheba, the Great Mall in Petach Tikva and Modi’in Mall, according to outlet Walla News. Read more at i24
