The testing will be available in the Star-K Parking lot at 122 Slade Ave. We are asking for a $10/car donation to cover incurred costs. Please stay off of your cell phones while on the campus.

1. Please complete the lab form online here
2. A few minutes after you complete the form, you will be emailed the completed lab form to bring with you to the test site.

The swabs will be administered and results will be interpreted at a lab. This is not rapid testing and results should be available within 24-48 hours. Your insurance plan will be billed for this test. If you do not have insurance the lab will bill the federal government and they should pay for it.
To prevent cross-contamination, please bring a pen and hand sanitizer with you as well as a tissue to blow your nose prior to the test. (It is important to wash hands and blow the nose to get rid of any possible COVID cells which could be present on the hands or the opening of the nose, this will help give more accurate results.)
