Baltimore County Teachers Who Wish To Teach From Classroom May Do So

Baltimore County teachers can lead classes from their classrooms if they choose.

Julie Henn, a member of the county school board, wrote Monday in a Facebook post that the school system and the Teachers Association of Baltimore County came to a deal earlier this month.

The agreement states educators who need access to the internet, want to work from their classrooms or must provide some in-person instruction can do so by coordinating with their principals. Specific safety protocols and protection equipment are outlined in that agreement.

The most recent agreement between BCPS and TABCO allows teachers to work / teach from their home schools if they choose. Read more at WBAL
