Baltimore, MD – Aug. 26, 2020 - This year’s Rabbi Frand’s annual Teshuva Drasha will be a pre-recorded video that our community and the Washington community will be able to access Thursday September 24th at 8:30 pm.

A link to view the video will be available on the websites of Ahavas Yisrael, Baltimore Jewish Life and Shomrei Emunah and will be posted the week of the Drasha.

With the Covid situation, it was decided this would be the best way to offer Rabbi Frand’s annual Teshuva Drasha and his words of Chizuk. Kol Rom of Baltimore will pre-record the Drasha. Baltimore and Washington in 2019 had over 2200 people attending their live events but this year they will broadcast the Drasha  to both communities by video.

Hosting organizations include Ron Samet and the United Orthodox Jewish Congregations of Baltimore and for Silver Spring Rabbi Avraham Y. Rappaport and The Shuls/Yeshiva/Day Schools of The Greater Washington Orthodox Community.

Baltimore Sponsors:

7 Mile Market and the Boehm Family

We urge our community to visit Ahavas Yisrael.org and contribute to the Ahavas Yisrael Charity Fund for our Rosh Hashana campaign before and after the Drasha. Please give generously as Covid has created many issues for those in need.

We will also have  Audio/CD’s of Rabbi Frand’s drasha available for purchase; details will be available at a later time.
