Park Heights is closed before Strathmore coming from Fords Lane. There is a police line which includes the sidewalk. There are several trucks working there. Apparently a transformer exploded this morning. (There is no "road closed ahead" sign near Fords.)
Please plan your drive and minyanim accordingly.
