BALTIMORE — Baltimore City officials say online payments for parking violations and property taxes have resumed following May's ransomware attack.

Residents can now pay red light, speed camera and parking violations, as well as their 2019/2020 property tax bills, on the city's website.

Late fees for parking tickets issued during the months of May, June and July of 2019 will not be assessed. Late fees that were automatically applied to violations that were assessed in May, June and July have been removed.

Some customers may have paid erroneous late fees. Officials are setting up an online process for customers to request a refund if they have paid undue late fees.

Late fees for parking tickets will resume on Aug. 1.
