Have you seen Joseph Thomas Fields III? Police said the child is believed to be with his father.
A 2-year-old is missing from the Randallstown area, and police have asked for help finding him. He is believed to be with his father, who is wanted for violating a custody agreement, according to police.
Joseph Thomas Fields III, 2, was last seen in Hoopers Island in Dorchester County, officials reported on Friday, May 17.
