The FBI is apparently escalating a campaign against Israel’s binary options industry with the prosecution of three Israelis who held junior roles in these firms.
The trend could hit 15,000 Israelis who worked in the multi-billion industry before it was outlawed in October.
The three under investigation were employed at Yukom, a company controlled by a man questioned by an FBI delegation last year. Since the arrest of a Yukom CEO in September 2017, most binary options executives have avoided traveling to the US.
