Jerusalem, Israel - Nov. 21, 2019 - The annual Jerusalem Post Diplomatic Conference was held in the Jerusalem Waldorf-Astoria hotel on Thursday. Yaakov Katz, Editor-in-Chief of The Jerusalem Post welcomed the invited guests, journalists, and diplomats. 

The annual event began with a video message from President Reuven Rivlin, followed by greetings from the Mayor of Jerusalem Moshe Lion.

Antisemitism and BDS campaigns were discussed by Ben Moore in an interview with the editor of the Jerusalem Report Steve Linde. 

Tourism Manager at the Jerusalem Development Authority Ilanit Melchior used a slide presentation to develop the idea of sustainable tourism to the international participants. 

 Rising Antisemitism in the World was the topic of a panel moderated by Steve Linde. Participants were Paul Packer, Chairman, United States Commission for the Preservation of America's Herritage Abroad, Dr. Susanne Wasum-Rainer, German Ambassador to Israel, Frederik Rogge, Chargé d'Affaires of the French Embassy in Israel, and Ron Brummer, Executive Director of Operations, Ministry of Strategic Affairs and Public Diplomacy. Packer stated that there was "no day light between the United States and Israel" the antisemitism in unacceptable. Brummer stressed that anti-Zionism is a mask for antisemitism. 

Ambassador Wasum-Rainer responded to questions about recent Eurpeon decisions:

Oded Revivi, Chief Foreign Envoy of the YESHA Council and Mayor of Efrat thanked the United States for the statements that settlements were not illegal in his remarks. Revivi urged the members of the audience to try some of the Jordan Valley dates which were available in the lobby as one of the sponsor booths. 

A long list of presenters and speakers included Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of Intelligence Israel KatzSylvan Adams, businessman, philanthropist and sports enthusiatist who hinted at his next project to be announced on January 15, 2020.

Ron Prosor, Chairman, Abba Eban Institute of International Diplomacy, IDC Herzliya presented the 2019 InnoDip Award for Excellence in Innovative Diplomacy to three groups who in a world of changing diplomacy are connecting people. 

Former Director of Policy Planning at the U.S. Department of State, Kiron Skinner responded impressively when Interviewed by Yaakov Katz.  

Bini Zomer, Vice president, Regional Affairs of Noble Energy was Interviewed by Eytan Halon, Business Correspondent, but most of the afternoon program was filled politicians. 

MK Gideon Sa'ar Former Minister of the Interior and Former Member of the Security Cabinet, Interviewed by Lahav Harkov, Political Correspondent & Senior Contributing Editor. 

Former Justice Minister MK Ayelet Shaked was Interviewed by Herb Keinon, Shaked when asked about her desire to be Prime Minister answered not now, but "one day."

The program ended with Avigdor Lieberman, Chairman of Israel Beytenu.
