Police and local residents reported damage to 28 vehicles in Yerushalayim, with graffiti and slashed tires, in an attack that fits the modus operandi of a “price tag” attack.

Photographs from the scene show buildings and cars graffitied by perpetrators who spray painted the Magen Dovid, and phrases including the famous “Jewish blood is not cheap,” a reference to the fact that any attack on Jews will elicit a forceful response.

“Price tag” attacks are committed by Israeli far-right activists, who target civilians from minority groups, mostly Palestinians, in response to what they consider is discrimination from the Israeli government.
