Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer said he won’t meet with Judge Amy Coney Barrett, President Donald Trump’s nominee for the Supreme Court.

“I am not going to meet with Judge Barrett. Why would I meet with a nominee of such an illegitimate process and one who is determined to get rid of the Affordable Care Act?” Schumer tweeted on Tuesday.

Schumer joins Democrat Sens. Mazie Hirono, Hawaii, and Richard Blumenthal, Connecticut, who said over the weekend they won’t meet with Coney, The Hill reports. Both serve on the Judiciary Committee.

Barrett began meeting with lawmakers on Tuesday.
