Mesivta Ne'imus HaTorah

About the Position

Mesivta Ne'imus HaTorah is a local, non-mainstream high school. We have small classes, and we encourage teaching through class discussion and collaboration. Although our curriculum is not difficult, it is essential that the teacher have the ability to explain the material clearly, to present matters practically, and most importantly, to "get" the students and where they are coming from.

Currently, we are looking to hire a teacher for all or some of the following subjects: Math, English, Social Studies/History, Science, and Computers.

These are some of the job specifics:
- Classes meet Monday through Thursday
- Classes meet in the afternoon (3pm-6:30pm)
- There are four general-studies periods a day, each one going for 45 minutes
- We have full-afternoon and part-afternoon positions available
- We follow a regular Mesivta schedule (off-shabbosim, yomim tovim, fast days...)
- We offer competitive pay (please inquire within)
