About the Position

The Associated: Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore has an immediate opening for a Development Associate to join our Development Team. This individual will focus on creating and implementing annual campaign strategies, soliciting and cultivating gifts, and working closely with our dedicated volunteers and lay leadership to fulfill our mission.

The Expertise We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred
• 1-2 years of non-profit fundraising experience, preferably in Jewish communal work
• Understanding and familiarity of the organized Jewish community
• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to create and foster relationships
• The ability to multitask, highly detail oriented and a track record of strong execution

You will play an important role in fundraising that supports The Associated and a system of 25 agencies and programs so that they can focus on the good work they do in Baltimore, Israel and around the world.
