Family owned and operated Medical Alert company has a great full-time office position available! Looking for someone long term who is personable and reliable.

About the Position

• Scheduling appointments for installations, service calls and pickups
• Data entry and verifying data
• Quality control; daily quality assurance checks of work performed by other employees
• Inventory check and ordering supplies
• Cleaning and programming of reused medical alert units. Units will be cleaned and boxed in a presentable manner to be reused.
• Office projects, phone calls, organizing and filing
• Reconciliation, customer service, service coordination, customer technical support
• Mail outs and drop off mail
• Handling sales calls and following up on them
• Other office tasks as needed
Job Requirements

• Must have a good work ethic
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Friendly and easy to work with
• Patience and considerate towards elderly clientele
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Computer skills required- Word and Excel
• Comfortable with working with electronic equipment
