Notice of Request For Proposal

Cheder Chabad of Baltimore invites food service management companies to submit sealed proposals to provide kosher meals for our site that participates in U.S Department of Agriculture (USDA) National School Lunch Program including the Seamless Summer Option, Child and Adult Care Food Program, and Summer Food Service Program. Specifications and proposals may be obtained at sgivre@mycheder.com beginning on August 3, 2021 at 10AM.

Sealed proposals presented in duplicate will be received by Cheder Chabad at sgivre@mycheder.com until August 16, 2021 at 5:00PM for the contract period of August 30, 2021 through August 30, 2022 inclusive.

Award will be made on August 20, 2021 at 10AM. The agency reserves the right to check all outside references.

Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive any informality in bids received. All awards are made pending Maryland State Department of Education review for USDA regulatory compliance.
